How do you price your cleaning?

I clean because I find joy in it, having to clean fast or worry about the time makes it less joyful. I charge by the job for that reason. Things that factor into the price is square footage, level of upkeep, and which tasks need to be completed.

Why offer three different quotes?

Since I don’t offer cleaning by the hour, I offer different price points that vary in cleaning detail. Some are looking for cost effective regular cleanings to get the majority of weekly tasks out of the way. This is usually to maintain the initial deep clean. My middle price maintains the deep clean, but also involves more tasks not included into the basic cleaning. The highest option is a maintenance with deep clean regularly.
